Albert Quintana, 74, went home to be with the Lord and his beloved wife Gloria on Friday, January 22, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Gloria Quintana and parents: Hippolito and Elvira Quintana.
Albert is survived by his son: Wayne; daughter: Vera; four grandchildren: Alex, Miranda, Braxton and Jacob; as well as two great-grandchildren: Amari and Leigha.
Albert was born to Hippolito and Evira in Las Vegas, New Mexico on May 17, 1946.
In 1966, Albert served as a Marine in the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart.
Family, friends and all who remember Albert speak of his positivity, humor, compassion, strength and the endless light he left behind. Albert will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend.
Albert's Life Celebration will begin with a Mass on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Or Lady of Guadalupe Parish located at 1860 Griegos Rd NW, 87107 at 10:00am. He will be buried at Santa Fe National Cemetery located at 501 N Guadalupe St, 87501 at 3:00pm.
Due to the Governor's COVID restrictions set in place masks are MANDATORY to attend Albert's Mass and Burial. The Church currently has a maximum capacity of 100 people. The Santa Fe National Cemetery is only allowed to have 5 people to be in the committal shelter and asks that all attendees practice social distancing.
