Alfred "Freddy" Sandoval, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, was called home to be reunited with his wife Korina on Sunday, November 12, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his wife Korina, his father Alfredo, and his mother Irene.
He is survived by his daughter April Hanley, (April’s sons: Joseph, Matthew, and Harrison). His son Alfred G. Sandoval, (Alfred's children: Gabriel, his wife Cynthia, (their baby daughter on the way), Alfred's daughter Domonique, his son Ayden and his youngest daughter Hana). Also by his brother Arthur, his wife Jane and his sisters Florence and Jane and their spouses, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Our hearts are broken and we are deeply saddened by our loss, but we are grateful to have been graced by our father's/grandfather's guidance and support. We are joyful that his soul has been reuited with our mother/grandmother - that is all that he wanted after her loss and we know that their souls are now at peace and their spirits joyful.
Pallbearer will be Gabriel Sandoval, Ayden Sandoval, Joseph Alejandrez, Mathew Costello, Harrison Costello, Art Sandoval.
Honorary pallbearers will be Domonique Sandoval, Hana Sandoval.
Freddy’s Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 10:30 am at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 11:30am. Service will begin at 12:00 pm. Freddy will be laid to rest with his love Korina at 2:30 pm at the Santa Fe National Cemetery located at 501 N Guadalupe St., Santa Fe, 87501.
