Arsenio, 79, went to be with our Lord on Friday, November 29, 2013.
He is preceded in death by parents, Encarnacion and Mary Montoya; brother, Luciano Montoya; son, Fernando Montoya; and daughter, Lisa Montoya.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lupe Montoya; children: Mary (Don) Hartberger, Joe (Tina) Montoya, John Montoya, Patrick (Rebecca) Montoya, and David (Uyen) Montoya; brother, Fermin (Michelle) Montoya; sisters: Anita Montoya, Marcella Montoya, Malena (Bill) Giffon, Margret Montoya, and Louisa Montoya; and 15 grandchildren.
Arsenio's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary held at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church (5311 Phoenix Ave NE) on Thursday, December 5, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.
