Carlos' Life Celebration will begin with a Wake on Wednesday October 16, 2019 at 7:00pm at Iglesia Cristiana Casa Del Alfarero located at 2428 San Mateo Pl NE, 87110. Thursday, October 17, 2019 a Wake will be held at 6:00 pm at El Dios Viviente 651 Cara Blanca El Paso, TX 79927. Burial will take place in Friday, October 18, 2019 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in El Paso, TX.
