Cecilia is survived by her son Dr. Vicente Torres, daughter Charlotte Torres, son Raymond Sandoval, grandchildren: Corina Chavez, Gilbert Chavez, Leonard Sandoval, Stephanie Figueroa, Desirae Sandoval, Cecilia Sandoval, Raymond Sandoval, Norman Sandoval, and 18+ great-grandchildren.
