Concepcion's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 3:00 pm in the Reflection of Life® Chapel inside Reflections Funerals & Life Celebrations/Salazar Funeral Homes & Crematory located at 2400 Washington St. NE, 87110. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm. Final Viewing will take place on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 8:00 am in the Reflection of Life® Chapel. Mass will be held at 9:00am at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church located at 820 Broadway Blvd SE, 87102. Concepcion will be laid to rest following the Mass at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery located at 924 Menaul Blvd NE, 87107.
