Daniel Medina

Daniel Medina went to meet Jesus suddenly on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 31.

Daniel was born on January 16, 1991 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was the second oldest child born to Gustavo and Cecilia Medina, siblings: Manessa, (Andrew), Elizabeth (Fernando), Lucia, Evaristo, Samuel, nephews: Liam, Lucas, and Leo Vargas.

He was in the process of receiving his Master’s Degree in Counseling while he was attending Colorado Christian University. Daniel loved his Catholic faith and was greatly involved in various ministries throughout his life. Daniel loved God, his family and people. He was a world traveler, adventurous, loving, generous, and selfless. He treated everyone like family and was able to make an instant connection. He had a smile that would light up room and a laugh that was so contagious.

Daniel will be greatly missed by all whose lives he impacted.

Daniel's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church located at 5415 Fortuna Rd NW, 87105. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Daniel will be laid to rest following the Mass at Gate of Heaven Cemetery located at 7999 Wyoming Blvd NW, 87109. Reception will follow burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church Parish Hall.
