Dominic Antonio Sanchez

Dominic Antonio Sanchez, beloved father, cherished son and brother, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024, in his hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the age of 28.

He is survived by his children: Kayden Sanchez (age 6), Aria Sanchez (age 1), Stella Hernandez (age 9); parents: Benjamin and Melissa Sanchez; two brothers: Joshua Sanchez, Lucas Sanchez; partner Erika Garcia, and his extended family.

Born on December 31, 1995, Dominic grew up with his brothers and played many sports including soccer, swimming, water polo, and tennis. Dominic was a devoted father to his children. Dominic had a strong love for listening to music, playing Magic the Gathering with loved ones, and playing soccer as well as coaching his son Kayden's soccer team. He found great joy in spending time with his family and friends, and his warm smile and charismatic spirit touched the lives of all who knew him.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Dominic’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 11:00am at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family.
