Edna, a working mother and wife, was employed by the Bernalillo County, County Clerks Office (1957-1963). She went on to work for the City of Albuquerque as an Accounting Aide and retired in 1989.
Edna touched the lives of many friends and family members including the caregivers who cared for her during the last several years of her life.
She was patient, warm, loving, compassionate, and always made others laugh. She helped whenever she was called on by friends and family in need.
She loved thrift store shopping, estate sales and most of all the casino.
Edna made friends everywhere she went and even strangers were touched by her and her sense of humor.
While living at Carefree Living, she always looked forward to looking at magazines, eating chocolate, visiting with her family and friends and most of all having her makeup and hair done. Edna was always grateful to her caregivers.
She was extremely proud of her children and grandchildren and loved them all unconditionally. She always kept their pictures nearby so she would never forget them. Edna was loved by so many and will always have a place in our hearts.
