Ernest Crespin, 90, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021.

He was born in Albuquerque, NM on 25 August 1931.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. He was a Korean War Veteran who received 3 Bronze Stars while serving his country.. He retired from the City of Albuquerque after serving 40 years as a Manager in the Traffic Engineering Dept.

His favorite pastime was sitting outside enjoying a cigar and soaking in the sun.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Virginia Crespin, grandchild Sara Dauber, and parents, Fernando and Lucanita Crespin, He is survived by his son Ernest Crespin, daughters: Linda Aragon husband Antonio, Christina Dauber, husband Ricky, Franzella Sedillo, husband Richard and Veronica McWhirter, husband Thomas; fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild

Pallbearers will be Lorenzo Aragon, Jeremy Sedillo, Gabriel Dauber and Fernando Crespin.  Honorary Palbearer will be Olivia Watts.

Ernest's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary to be recited on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 9:00 am at San Ignacio Catholic Church located at 1300 Walter St NE, 87102. Mass will begin at 9:30 am. Ernest will be laid to rest following the Mass at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102.
