Gabriel Pena, 81, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015.
He is preceded in death by his parents Paulin & Veronica Pena and sister Flora Chavez.
Gabriel is survived by his wife, of 51 years, Isabel Pena; sons Gabriel Pena (Cathy) and Patrick Pena (Cecilia); daughters Pamela Pena (Gabriel Gurule) and Lori Pena (Wayne Woodruff); brothers Jake Pena and Rudy Pena (Viola); 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was a happy man that enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren and enjoyed life until the end.
Gabriel's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary, followed by a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Communion Service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd SW. Burial will follow at the Lemitar Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cliff Zamora, Justin Pena, Alcario Sanchez, Paul Chavez, Manuel Morelas, and Mike Talamante.
Honorary pallbearers will be J.J Vigil, Estevan Pena, and Jose Martinez.
