Gloria C. Martinez, 85, went to be with our Lord on Friday, November 20, 2015.
She is preceded in death by her husband, of 64 years, Phillip B. Martinez and brother Blas Chavez Jr.
Gloria is survived by her son Phillip Lee Martinez; daughters Diana Lee Martinez - Marr, Theresa Lee Gibson, and Annette Lee Gomez; 12 grandchildren Celestria, Anthony, Ray, Bryan, Cynthia, Annittra, Jovannah, Lisa, Julie, Yolanda, James, and Albert; 20 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchildren; and nieces Marlene and Sophie Ann.
She was a child-care provider at Immanuel - Presbyterian Church for 11 years. Gloria was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
Gloria's Life Celebration will begin with a Mass on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at San Felipe de Neri Parish in Old Town Albuquerque, followed by a Reception at La Hacienda del Rio located at 302 San Felipe St NW 87104 right across from San Felipe de Neri Parish. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Gallegos, Bryan Navarrete, Baby Ray Baca, Brandon Baca, Gabriel Atler, And Dominic Gallegos.
