Johan Arturo Guillen, 26, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020.

Johan's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from  5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Salazar Funeral Homes & Crematory located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Mass will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 1:00 pm at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church located at 8321 Camino San Martin SW, 87121. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery located at 924 Menaul Blvd NE, 87107.

Due to the COVID restrictions set in place by the Governor masks are MANDATORY to attend all of Johan's services. Salazar Funeral Homes has a capacity of 80 people allowed inside at one time during the Visitation. The capacity for the church is to be announced.

La misa se celebrará el jueves 17 de septiembre de 2020 a la 1:00 pm en la Iglesia Católica San Martín de Porres ubicada en 8321 Camino San Martin SW, 87121. El entierro seguirá en Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery ubicado en 924 Menaul Blvd NE, 87107.

Debido a las restricciones COVID establecidas por las máscaras del Gobernador son MANDATORY para asistir a todos los servicios de Johan. Salazar Funeral Homes tiene una capacidad de 80 personas permitidas en el interior a la vez durante la Visitación. La capacidad de la iglesia debe ser anunciada.
