Joseph Cruz Banuelos

It is with deep sadness mixed with sweet memories that we announce the loss of our "Poppy", our "Mi Jito", our "Jato", our baby brother, Joseph Cruz Banuelos who unexpectedly passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023 at the age of 55.

His passions were all about family, excellence in work and play, and giving others the opportunity to do the same. His pride and joys were his grandsons Ezekiel, Mateo, Marcelo, and Mathias.  He grew up in Colorado and moved to Albuquerque to start his business Little Joe's Hardwood Flooring.

Joseph loved everything that is Albuquerque; the people, the food, the art and music. His favorite activity was to gather a few or many people together and enjoy a meal and engage in great conversation that could range from deep and serious to goofy and hilarious. His family and friends will have an empty place in their hearts in his absence.

Joseph' Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:00 am at Sagebrush Church located at 6440 Coors Blvd NW, 87120. Service will begin a 12:00 pm.
