Julia C. Ortega

Julia Christine Ortega, also known as Julie, was called to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the age of 51.

Julia was born on June 28,1969 in Albuquerque New Mexico.

She is preceded in death by her only son Nathan Issac Garcia, biological father Richard Sandoval, Joe R. Salazar "Capuillo" who she called dad, and many other family members.

Julia is survived by her mother Ramona Garcia, husband Andrew Ortega, sister Angela Salazar, Godson Anthony Salazar, only granddaughter Christina, as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Julia was involved with the Veterans Club and was a member of the American Legion Post 100 Lady's Auxiliary for 11 years. She always loved being around her friends. She was known for her beautiful green eyes. She enjoyed music, dancing and always loved watching her favorite football team The Pittsburg Steelers play.

She will always be in our hearts. We will always remember the good times we shared with her. She will truly be missed by all of her family members and friends.
