Margaret R. Sanchez

Margaret R. Sanchez, Age 96, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 27, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her parents Maximiliano and Teresita Ramirez, husband Ramon Sanchez, daughter Anita Maldonado, stepsons: Raymond and Alex Sanchez, great-grandson Matthew Maldonado, sisters: Clara Rambes, Rebecca Lovato and Maxine Anaya.
Margaret is survived by her son-in-law Ramon Maldonado; daughter Dolores and husband Van; brother Max Ramirez; grandchildren: John Garcia and wife Monica, Corina Hernandez and husband Arturo, Diana Padilla and Charlie, and Debbie Maldonado and husband Andrew; eleven great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, and a foster grandparent at Atrisco Elementary.

She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society, Sacred Heart League and DAV Auxiliary.

Margaret's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary, followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at Saint Anne's Catholic Church on Arenal Rd. SW. Burial will follow Mass at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ramon Sarabia, Charlie Padilla, Adam Padilla, Stevie Ramirez, Joey Anaya, and Victor Danny Lovato. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Anaya, Ruben Ramirez and Robert J. Rambes.
