Margaret E. Munoz

Margaret E. Munoz passed away peacefully at home on Friday, August 9, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Pauline Lucero; brothers: Tom Lucero, Ray Lucero, Henry Lucero, and sister Rachael Lucero.

Margaret is survived by her husband Isidro Munoz; daughters: Patricia Thieme and husband Al, Rebecca Ramirez and husband Jim, Evelyn Reynoso and husband Tony; grandsons: Gabriel Thieme, Christopher Reynoso, James Reynoso, Nicholas Ramirez and wife Cecilia; great-granddaughter Nicole Thieme, also many nieces and nephews.

Margaret was born July 20, 1934, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, and music from the 70's. She liked to keep track of something important to her and the weather on her calendar. She had a sweet tooth and would request her favorite goodies, such as a Payday candy bar, M&M's, Tootsie Rolls, and we can't forget Jellybeans. She enjoyed family gatherings, she would always bring her red chile. She loved the ham and turkey that Pat baked, Ev's new dessert dish, and Becky's pistachio salad.

She was very proud of her children's accomplishments and those of her grandchildren and great-granddaughter as well. Margaret was loving, funny, and kind. She was very giving to her family.

She will be missed by all her loved ones.
