Maria Guadalupe Ortiz

Maria Guadalupe (Pita) Ortiz, 88, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.

Maria is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Abedon Ortiz, parents Eulogio and Adelaida Sandoval, her guardians from the age of 2 Jacabo and Nora Tapia, sisters: Katalina Martinez, Tocha Torres, brothers: Demeterio Sandoval, Tobias Sandoval, and Jake Tapia.

She is survived by her sons: Sonny Ortiz (Tina), Joe Ortiz (Kate), Henry Ortiz (Annamarie), daughters: Bettey Torrez (Gilbert), Cindy Martinez (John), Rebecca Marquez (Joe), Lila Garcia (Walter); brother Benny Tapia (Laura), sisters: Helen Lucero, Chavela Archuleta, Rita Chavez, Rose Espinosa, Rosemary Tenorio (Michael), Carmen Atencio, 41 grandchildren, 75 great grandchildren, 15 great-great grandchildren, also brother in-laws, sister in-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.

Maria's Life Celebration will be held at a later date due to COVID-19 restrictions.
