Mary "Dodo" Dolores Jaramillo

Mary “Dodo” Dolores Jaramillo,67, was called upon to become an angel in Heaven on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. She passed peacefully surrounded by family and a caring team of nurses.

She is preceded in death by her faithful husband Jack Jaramillo, Sr., parents Jake and Lily Sanchez; brothers: Jerry Sanchez, Henry Sanchez; mother-in-law Inez Jaramillo; father-in-law Celedonio Jaramillo, Sr.; sister-in-law Maria Perez; and many more family members whom she dearly loved and missed.

Dolores is survived by her precious daughter Pamela Jaramillo; sons: Jack Jaramillo, Jr., (Sophia), Francisco Jaramillo (Liza), Juan Jaramillo (Andrea); seven grandchildren: Lorenzo Jaramillo, Stephanie Jaramillo, Henry Jaramillo, Sophia “Beeps” Jaramillo, Raymond Soto, Francisco Jaramillo, Jr., Michael Jaramillo; great-grandson Luis Angel Juarez; brothers: Johnny Sanchez (Paula), Charles Sanchez, sister Yolanda Bojorquez (Marty); very close sister-in-laws: Josephine Monia (Harold), Helen Jaramillo, Gloria Jaramillo; also many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Dolores was a loving mom, grandma, sister, and aunty to everyone. Her personality trademark was “That laugh of hers”. We can still hear it as if she was giggling right now, along with her radiant smile. She sincerely had a spot in her heart for everyone. Not one to forget a birthday, anniversary, or funeral date. She tried her hardest to remember everyone’s special moment in time. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Dolores' Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 5:00 pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Coffee and danishes will follow the Rosary in the Salazar Mortuary Life Event Center. Final Viewing will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 8:30am at Salazar Mortuary. Mass will begin at 9:30am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church located at 309 Stover Ave SW, 87102. Dolores will be laid to rest with her beloved Jack, Sr. following the Mass at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery located 2957 Arenal Rd SW, 87121. Reception will follow in the Salazar Mortuary Life Event Center.

Pallbearers who will escort her to her final place of rest will be Lorenzo Jaramillo, Henry Jaramillo, Raymond Soto, Francisco Jaramillo, Jr., Michael Jaramillo and Charles Sanchez.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Johnny Sanchez, Stephanie Jaramillo, and Sophia “Beeps” Jaramillo.

Many thanks to all who visited her at the hospital and those who kept her company for as much time as they did. All of you made her hospital stay a little more bearable to her. Thank you!
