Maxine V. Gonzales, went to be with our Lord on Monday, February 8, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her parents Max and Hilda Madrid and daughter Feliz Gonzales.
Maxine is survived by her fiancAC. Al Candelaria; children Jason Gonzales and partner Ashley Farr, Caricia Gonzales and their father Robert Gonzales; one granddaughter Markel Gonzales and an aunt Molly McGrew.
Maxine was a retired APS math teacher who taught for 30 years. Maxine was the best Mother and Grandmother and was known for being a very strong and caring woman. She also loved animals especially dogs.
Maxine's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary on Friday, February 12, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
