Michael Albert Sena

Michael Albert Sena, aka The Lion King, 68, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his father Pascual Sena, brother Phillip Sena, and brother-in-law Tony Garcia.

Michael is survived by mother Eutemia B. Sena, brother Rick Sena; sisters: Mary Esquibel (Leroy), Rose Garcia (Cliff), Lisa Sanchez (Robert), Molly Sena (Evaristo), Diana Sena; best friends: Pastor Orland Trujillo, Andrew Madrid, Julip Contreras, John Chavez, and numerous other family members.

Michael received his honorary high school diploma from the Job Corps in 1970. He worked at UNM Hospital as a switchboard operator for 23 years. He enjoyed helping the disadvantaged by serving meals and donating clothing. He loved 70's and 80's music. He was his mother's caretaker for amy years.

Michael's Life Celebration will be PRIVATE.

Pallbearers will be Leroy Esquibel, Jr., Adrian Gallegos, Matthew Sanchez, Everett Sena, and Dominic Sanchez.
