Nellie Lente

Mrs. Nellie Lente, went to be with her Savior on Thursday, May 26.

Nellie was preceded in death by her husband Joe Lente; Parents, Manuel and Ramona Chavez; 2 siblings; and grandson, Robert Jaime.

She is survived by her four children; Diana Lente, Joseph Lente and wife Isabel, Manuel Lente, and Raymond Lente and wife Michelle; 6 siblings; 17 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Nellie was a loving mother who welcomed all with an open house, a big heart and fresh homemade sopapillas.

Mrs. Lente's Life Celebration will begin with a Viewing on Monday, May 30, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Final Viewing will be Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with a Communion Service starting at 12:00 noon; all services will be held at Salazar Mortuary (400 Third St. SW). Mrs. Lente will be Laid to Rest at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The Family will be receiving friends for a reception at the Lente Residence following services.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Jr., Bobby, Lorenzo, John, Benito, Raymond, Miranda and Angelina.
