Pablo G. Garcia

Pablo G. Garcia, 84, went to be with our Lord on Monday, April 16, 2018.

He is preceded in death by his wife Irma Chavez Garcia, brothers Chon Garcia and Andres Garcia and Estevan Garcia. Pablo is survived by his sons Pablo C. Garcia and Juan Carlos Garcia; daughter Patricia A. Brown; brother Clemente Garcia; sister Guadalupe Hernandez; and three grandchildren.

He came to the U.S. physically worked in the fields and re-invented himself as an underground miner, worked construction, smelter, and as a custodian at Los Lunas middle school. Education was a priority for his children. “No quiero que los trabajen como burros!”

Pablo's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at San Clemente Church in Los Lunas, followed by a Mass at 10:00 a.m.

Pallbearers will be Rene Gutierrez, Ethan C. Brown, Art Mondragon and Francisco Carbajal. Honorary pallbearers will be Bethany Joy Brown, Lucas Garcia, John Garcia, Zuleika Alvarado, Edgar Alvarado and Eduardo Alvarado.
