Ralph Duran

Mr. Duran went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 17th. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Jane Duran; children: Felicia Duran, Stan Duran and wife Michelle, Juanita Duran, and Rachel Strong and husband Paul; and 7 grandchildren: Amelia, Robert, Katherine, Olivia, Brandon, Matthew, and Nathan.

Ralph was a veteran of the U.S. Navy who served in the Korean War. He loved all sports and was a wonderful teacher, coach, father and grandfather.

Mr. Duran's Life Celebration will begin on Wednesday with a Visitation at Salazar Mortuary at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Rosary at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 412 Stover Ave. SW at 9:15a.m. and Mass at 9:30 a.m. Burial at Santa Fe National Cemetery will be held with military honors at 2:15 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Stan Duran, Robert Duran, Paul Strong, Matthew Strong, Nathan Strong, and Anthony Duran. Honorary pallbearers will be Olivia Duran, Katherine Duran and Amelia Fogleman.
