Rita Ramirez

Ramirez, Rita, 78. An Angel came upon us on March 8, 1938. Our beautiful angel, Rita, was called home on September 18, 2016.

Rita is preceded in heaven by her parents Henry and Helen Hernandez, three brothers, as well as her grandson Fredrick Hines Jr.
Her legacy and precious heart will live on through her husband of sixty years, Max Ramirez; daughters Maria and her husband Fred Hines Jr., Juanita Ramirez and her husband Jake Montoya, Pauline and her husband John Baca; sons Ruben Ramirez and Steve Ramirez; sister Viola Sanchez; eighteen grandchildren; and twenty five great grandchildren. Thank you, God for our precious Angel.

Rita's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at San Felipe de Neri Parish in Old Town Albuquerque. A Final Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. also at San Felipe de Neri Parish, followed by Mass at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow Services at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Michael Hines, Max Ramirez, Richard Baca, Jacob Montoya, Henry Ramirez, John G. Baca, Andrew Ramirez, Richard Montoya, and Anthony Montoya. Honorary pallbearers will be Janet Jurado, and Barbara Tafoya.
