Rodolfo Mendez Huerta went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 30, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his aunts Esperanza Pacheco Trujillo and Teresa Pacheco Trujillo.
Rodolfo is survived by his wife of 30 years Armida Moreno Hernandez; sons: Joshua Moreno (Monica), Aaron Zavala Nunez, Rudolph Jackson, Joshua Jackson; daughters: Soledad Zavala, Concepcion Hernandez; grandaughters who he helped raise: Tabitha Zavala, Zaphira Zavala; brothers: Roberto Mendez, Martin Mendez; sisters: Eudocia Mendez Huerta, Guadalupe Mendez, Maria Mendez; eight grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
Rodolfo was a loving husband, father, grandfather, pastor, man of God. He enjoyed sports, being outdoors, bodies of water, playing his guitar, and singing to the Lord. He was a hardworker. He worked at El Patio Restaurant for 20+ years as the Restaurant Manager and he was also a mechanic.

Rodolfo's Life Celebration will begin with a visitation on Tuesday, Novmeber 7, 2023, at 10:30am at Open Door Ministry located at 1301 Third St. SW, 87102. Service will begin at 11:30 am. Rodolfo will be laid to rest at 2:00 pm at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Moreno, Eric Pulgarin, Juan Martinez, Jose Cruz Jimenez, Carlos Carmona, and Raul Martinez.
