Roger Lee Padilla

Our loving Roger Lee Padilla passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the age of 76.

Roger is preceded in death by his beautiful and loving wife Irene Padilla; father Charlie Padilla; mother Katherine Abdalla Padilla; brothers: Kenny Thomas and Albert Carl Padilla.

He is survived by his brother Rick Padilla and wife Sally; sister Patricia Sanchez and husband Andrew; daughter Denise R. Otero; and son-in-law Carlos Armendarez. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Roger proudly served his country for over 30 years in the United States Army Reserve. He was also a dedicated custodian at West Mesa High School for over 30 years.

He will be deeply and sorely missed by his family and close friends.

Roger's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 9:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church located at 1818 Coal Pl SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am. Mass will begin at 11:00 am also at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Due to the COVID restrictions set in place by the Governor masks are MANDATORY to attend Roger's Visitation, Rosary, and Mass. St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church has a capacity of 75 people.

Pallbearers will be DJ Whitney, Desiree Whitney, Martin Whitney, Richard Quintana, Christopher Otero, and Carlos Armendarez.
