She is survived by her mother Patricia Pam; and daughters Uriah Hernandez and Isavella.
Rosemary's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. at the Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, located at 11509 Indian School Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112, followed by Mass at 9:00 a.m.
Pallbearers will be Victoria Hernandez, Crystal Hernandez, Chantelle Hernandez, Veronica Van Slyke, Angela Whitlow, and Kayla Ramerez.
