Ruth Sedillo

Born February 21, 1927, Ruth Sedillo was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

Known for her faith and strength, she served her family with dedication, love, and always a hearty New Mexican meal.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Fred Sedillo and her loving sister Rosie Sanchez.

She is survived by her children: Herman Sedillo (wife Alejandra), Diana Sedillo, Gerri Blea, Fred Sedillo (wife Elyse); grandchildren: Michelle (husband James), Cisco (wife Audra), Melanie, Art (wife Diana), Mark, Marie, Daniel (wife Brandi), Theresa (husband Bobby), Christine, Charlie; great-grandchildren: Devon, Cameron, Jalen, Natalie, Samantha, Mari, Eric, Jaxon, Ryder, Quinn, Axel, Giana, Violet, and Chase.

Ruth’s Life Celebration will take place on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 1:00pm Mountain Time at Calvary Albuquerque located at 4001 Osuna Rd, NE. The service will be shared live via webcast for those unable to attend in person (https://calvarynm.church/ruthsedillo).  Please click the link below at the scheduled time.

Ruth will be laid to rest by Fred's side at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 12:45 pm. (ONE WEEK LATER due to availability in Santa Fe)
