Sam Dore, 17, went to be with Jesus on Sunday, September 8, 2019.
Sam is preceded in death by his grandfather Morris Gelman.
Sam is survived by his father Joseph Dore, mother Victoria Dore, brothers; Paul Dore, Jacob Dore (Rachel), also aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sam's Life Celebration will begin with a Service on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Calvary Chapel located at 4001 Osuna Rd NE, 87109. Burial will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery located at 924 Menaul Blvd NE, 87107.
In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the family by phone or in person at Salazar Mortuary.
