Samuel Tapia, 71, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, February 17, 2016.
He is preceded in death by his parents Sophie and Sarafin Tapia and birth mother Nellie Perea.
He is survived by his sisters Frances Romero (John), Sylvia Whitson (Chris), Alberta Jones (Ron), Irma Perea - Beck, and Debra Otero. "I love all your laughs." - Siempre Sam.
Samuel's Life Celebration will begin with a Service at Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary.
