Senaida Gonzales

Senaida Gonzales, 95, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016.

She is preceded in death by her husband, of more than 76 years, Diego Gonzales, oldest son Tony, and granddaughter Starr Olsen in 2013.

Senaida is survived by her sons Felipe (Rose), Esquipula (Fran), and Alex (Mary); twin daughters Joan (Ben) Prinkey and Mary Lou (Fred) Montoya; sisters Flora Wall, Magdalena Chavez and husband Abe, and Eugenia Gutierrez; brother-in-law Ambosico Gonzales; 14 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nephews, nieces, and god-children.

Senaida's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Friday, July 8, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary, followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Final Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. at Holy Family Parish Atrisco Dr. SW, followed by a Mass at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Martinez, Richard Gonzales, Vincent Gonzales, Ben Prinkey, Alfred Montoya Sr., and Alfred Montoya Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Prinkey and Christina Montoya.

The family wishes to thank Hospice of New Mexico for the wonderful care given to their dad and mom and also to Salazar Mortuary for their exceptional services.
