Stella M. Chavez

Stella M. Chavez, 94, went to be with our Lord on Friday, June 16, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband Ben Chavez, granddaughter Jeri Lynn Rael, and parents Fred and Grabielita Montano. Stella is survived by her children Frank Cano, Pat Cano/Marie, Cathy Sanchez/Tomas, Linda Keleher/Kevin, Bernie Cano/Elena, Janet Cordova/Steve, Debbie Jojola/Robert Leroy Jojola; 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Stella's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary, followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Final Viewing will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Edwin Catholic Church, located at 2105 Barcelona Rd SW 87105, followed by Mass at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow Services at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ashley, Damon, Thomas, Michele, Mario, Estevan, and Ramon. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rochelle, Dustin, Shawn, Antonita, Bernardo, Consuelo, Mathew, Andreas, Anna, Antonio, and Roberto.
