Tappy

Bernadette "Tappy" Nevarez, 53, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019.

Tappy is predeceased by her father and mother Ismael and Carmen Garcia, nephews: Jojo Torres, Donald Garcia, and Carlos Vigil.

She is survived by her husband of 19 years Joe-Anthony Nevarez, her birds: Hansel and Gretel, her fur babies: Emily, Lilly, Luna, Pennylane, Ruby, Bella, Penelope, Tumbleweed, and Thumper. She is also survived by her father in-law and mother in-law Joe and Alilcia Nevarez, mother in-law Deedee Egler, brother in-law Noel (Jenny), aunt in-laws: Sally (Ralph), Virgie, Debbie (Frank), uncle in-laws: Danny (Joann), Cruz (Ann), brothers: Richard Garcia (Florence), John Garcia (Doris), Donald Garcia (Marian), Ismael Garcia, Tommy Garcia (Mary), sisters: Carol Ladmirault, Polly Aragon, Nancy Torres, Esther Gonzales (Toby), Rita Garcia, Sandra Dominguez, Rebecca Garcia, and Angela Garcia. She had 30 nieces and nephews she loved as her own.

Tappy enjoyed reading, rock painting, fishing and visits from her sister Becky. She always enjoyed parties and enjoyed socializing with her many friends that she loved dearly. She was a hard working woman and was the youngest of 14 siblings.

She was loved beyond measure and will be greatly missed.
