Theresa M. Griego

It is with a heavy heart the family of Theresa M. Griego announce her passing on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at the age of 91.

Theresa was born in Embudo, New Mexico on October 26, 1928 to Demetrio Medina and Nazaria Rodriguez Mascarenas Medina.

Theresa and Benito Griego married on July 16, 1948 and they were married in a church on October 16, 1948.

Theresa is preceded in death by her Husband Benito Griego, son David Griego and grandchild Daniela Griego, Brothers: David Mascarenas, Salomon Mascerenas, Sisters: Estella Roybal, Elvira de Vargas, Socorro, Esther Nutter, Lala Connor, and Dora Maestas.

She is survived by her children:Robert Griego, Patrick Griego, Yasmin Griego-Gonzales, Louis Griego, 12 Grandchildren: Demetrio Gonzales Sr. (wife Misti), Samantha Gonzales-Smith (husband Ryan Smith), Jason Griego (wife Erin Carney), Adrian Griego (partner Janine Grant), Cara Griego, Micaiah Stetzer (husband Mark), Jennifer Baloch (husband Javid), Dominic Griego (wife Ciria), Gabriel Griego (wife Mara), David Lee Romero, Bernadette Romero (husband Anthony), Christine Garcia (wife Alicia Waltz), 24 Great-Grandchildren: Esperanza Arellano (fiancé Aaron Salas), Anthony Griego, Benito Gonzales, Victoria Martinez (partner Alan), Demetrio Gonzales Jr., Phillip Romero, Estevan Gabaldon, Elena Gonzales, Lily Griego, Nikoli Garcia, Ezrella Millard, Caleb Baloch, Zachary Millard, Roman Romero, Xavier Romero, Ariana Griego, Emilia Baloch, Aurelia Griego, Cristiano Griego, Isaiah Stetzer, Sebastián Griego, Alejandro Griego, Julián Griego, and Ezio Griego.
