Thomas "Wes" Ivie

Mr. Thomas "Wes" Ivie, 56, went to be with our Lord on February 27, 2017
Mr. Ivie was preceded in death by his father Thomas Ed Ivie and mother Debbie Cook.
He is survived by his sons, Thomas "Wesley" Ivie & wife Shaelynn, and Eric Keith Ivie; his brother Joe Cook & wife Cyndi, as well as his 2 grandchildren.
He proudly served our country in the USMC. Mr. Ivie's working years included careers in law enforcement as a corrections officer as well his eventual retirement from the aviation police department. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, riding motorcycles, and keeping up with sports, especially the Alabama Crimson Tide.
But most importantly, Mr. Ivie cherished spending time with his beloved grandchildren.
Mr. Ivie's Life Celebration will begin with a Memorial Service on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Salazar Mortuary (400 Third St. SW).
