Tony "Viola" Prieto

Tony "Viola" Prieto, 61, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019.

Viola is now reunited with her parents Transito and Nora Gutierrez, sisters; Abby Cano and Rose Villanueva, brothers; Mark Gutierrez, and Jerry Gutierrez.

She is survived by her sons; Miguel Prieto (Doreen Salazar), Benjamin Cardenas, Adrian Gutierrez, Anthony Arana, and Eric Arana, daughter Angelica Gutierrez, her loving partner who has been by her side for the past six years Pete Vigil, brothers; Rick Gutierrez (Isabel), Gilbert Gutierrez, and Robert Gutierrez, sisters; Sally Villanueva (Jesus), Ruby Sena (Joe), Gloria Gutierrez, Debbie Chavira, Betty Busey, and Cynthia Gonzales (Lee), grandchildren; Alexis Gutierrez, Adrian Gutierrez, Jr., Gabriel Cardenas, and Lorenzo Cardenas, also Bernice Gutierrez, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viola's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 12:00pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW 87102. Service will begin at 12:30pm also at Salazar Mortuary.

Pallbearers will be Adrian, Anthony, Eric, and Benjamin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mike, Doreen, Pete, Alexis, Adrian, Jr., Angelica, Gabriel , and Lorenzo (tho unable to attend a rose will be placed next to the urn respresenting Gabriel and Lorenzo).
