Victoria "Menona" Trevizo Jaramillo

Victoria Trevizo Jaramillo (Menona) left this world on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the age of 80.

Victoria is survived by her sons: Raymudo Macias (Rosy Macias), Gilberto Macias, Jesus Macias (Chamisa Macias), Eduardo Macias (Gina Macias), Rudy Macias (Inez Macias), Modesto Macias (Alina Macias), Tony Macias (Hilda Macias), she is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Victoria was born July 28, 1941 in Cauhtemo, Mexico.  She was a caring mother, grandma and friend.

Victoria was a hardworking woman. As she grew up she met Modesto Macias who she married and had 7 boys with. Victoria worked hard to give all of her boys the life she never had. She worked several jobs to provide for her family. If anyone knew her they knew she was an amazing cook! Anytime you went to her house she would either have food already done or would start to cook even if you weren’t hungry you would eat because you couldn’t pass up the delicious food. And once in a while when she was feeling lucky she would put her coins to use and try to win money at the casinos. Victoria was a caring woman. She would give her last dollar to someone if they needed it. She took pride in her boys and they meant everything to her. She was most prideful of her grandchildren. Seeing her with her grandchildren is what always put a smile on her face no matter what was going on. She enjoyed going to dances, working, cooking, traveling, family time and so much more.

She was the glue that kept her family together. Victoria fought hard in her last days here.  She lived a life full of happiness.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Victoria's Life Celebration with begin with a Visitation on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 1:30pm-3:00pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Centro Familiar de Adonacron y Alabanza church located at 5505 Central Ave NW, 87105.
