Vincent A. Duran

Vincent A. Duran passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the age of 61.

He is preceded in death by his father Carlos "Charlie" Duran, and mother Jennie Garcia Duran.

Vincent is survived by his brothers: Dennis Duran, Stanley Duran; and nephews Phillip Duran and Nikolas Duran.

Vincent was born on February 17, 1960 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Vincent was a kind and generous person; he loved animals and riding his bike. He worked for the City of Albuquerque for many years; he received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Fire Science. He was trained as an Emergency Medical Technician, and attended the New Mexico Firefighters Training Academy. He spent time as a volunteer Firefighter. Vince was a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Albuquerque. He had lots of faith in the Lord. Vince had a subtle sense of humor will be missed by his nephews and all friends and relatives who knew him.

Vincent's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 7:45 am at St. Anne's Catholic Church located at 1400 Arenal Rd SW, 87105. Rosary will be recited at 8:15 am. Mass will begin at 9:00 am. Vincent will be laid to rest following the Mass at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery located at 2957 Arenal Rd SW, 87121.
